Your class will include a 10-minute warm up, a 45-minute class, and a cool-down/stretch to relax your body.
While the class is an intermediate-level class, anything can be modified to make the class easier or more challenging. I will provide suggestions, but if at any point you need to take a break, you can do so, without judgment.
Following the class, I hope you stay and relax with a glass of wine or craft beer (location of the glass will determine that!) or partake in anything to venue has to offer, while spending time with your friends or mingling with those from your class.
